You can request deletion of your Rizz account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request it.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Your profile, including body measurements and body type.
- All wardrobe items and their photos.
- Saved outfits and fit check history.
- Any uploaded full-body photo used for virtual try-on.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address associated with your Rizz account and we'll process the request.
What to expect
- We'll confirm your identity using the email on your account before deleting anything.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Your data is removed within 30 days of a confirmed request.
